We do not allow customers to sell any items on auction websites with out having the item with them at the time of listing.

This basically means you must purchase the item before listing it up for auction to ensure you have the item to send to the customer when they win the item and its not out of stock when you go to purchase the item after the auction closes.

If you choose to list a item up for auction and its not in stock due to other customers purchasing it before you from KidzWear you are responsable for suppling the item to the winning customer of the auction not KidzWear we will not help you provide the item if you choose to list it before purchasing from KidzWear.
